Sports Authority of India (SAI) selects talent from all parts of India and develops them into competitive athletes. The trained athletes participate in national and international level events.

HOCL School’s SAI Training Centre conducted Selection trails on 23rd and 24th February, 2021 for New Induction in various SAI Schemes. Many students from the vicinity and far off places participated applied for the same, and they were called for selection trails. The admissions to the schemes were subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria and battery of test as well as skill tests.

Selection Trial of Sports Talents for Mahatma Education Society’s Pillai HOCL International School, Rasayani, Raigad (Dist.) Under Sports Authority of India Extension Centre Scheme

Sports Authority of India has adopted Mahatma Education Society’s Pillai HOCL International School, Rasayani as a centre under Sports promotional scheme named STC extension Scheme for Athletics and Volleyball vide their letter no. 9588 (WC-24)/SAI/OPS/Ext./09-10/89 dated 08-04-10.

Selection Trial of new admission for the academic year 2016-17 of this scheme for the exceptional talents in Athletics and Volleyball, those who are medal winners / position holders in various National / State / District Level Championships between the age group of 12 to 17 will be held on 10th and 11th February, 2016 at Pillai HOCL School Sports ground at Rasayani. All interested students with above said achievements are to reach the venue by morning 8:30 hrs with all original sports achievements certificates, original proof of date of birth, attested residential proof and three passport size photographs.

Selected talents will be given free education and free hostel facilities by the Mahatma Education Society and free coaching, monthly incentives, competition exposure, sports kit and insurance coverage from sports authority of India.
